We think it's important for you to get a good feel for us before you come for your first appointment (think of it as a test drive) so we offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation prior to your first visit.
Rates
The standard rate is $100 for a 60-minute session or $130 for a 90-minute session, and is due at the time of service.
Sliding Scale Rates
As of November 20, 2010 I have one sliding-fee opening at $60. These spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for clients facing financial challenges and who are not able to afford my full fee of $100.
First Appointment
Our first appointment will be a 60 minute session, but please know that at least 15 minutes of this first appointment needs to be paperwork. Therefore the fee for this first appointment is reduced to $70.
Method of Payment
Cash, personal checks and credit cards are accepted.
Insurance
The Adlerian Counseling Center does not currently accept insurance. Upon request, we can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider to see if they pay for out-of-network providers.

Cancellations
If you do not cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, you will be expected to pay the full fee for that session, unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control.
