As Adlerian therapists, our goal is to assist our clients with managing stress, coping with life’s challenges, and bringing peace and joy back into their lives. By encouraging clients to recognize their own courage, intelligence and values, we guide them on a path in which they can examine situations and events, prioritize their goals and values, and shape outcomes that align with their personal and professional goals.
What does Adlerian Therapy mean to you?
It means that we employ the psychology of Alfred Adler in our therapy. Adler recognized that people want to be accepted for who they are and need to be safe, feel they belong, and have significance. As Adlerian therapists, we are experienced to help people manage through different life challenges.
